that K-shaped island : )

West Halmahera Trip
22-24 April 2011

Hey, this is my first time traveling solo. Although I have my guide accompany me when I got to east halmahera, I still wanna call this a solo traveling :D

Well this would be my 3rd time visiting the beautiful beautiful mollucas... and the 1st time setting my feet on this K-shaped island.

The main destination is loloda, north halmahera. It’s a 2-hour ride from jailolo and another 2 hour crossing with a small boat called ketinting.

So I only had 3 days.
1st day is the journey from Jakarta to Ternate, and then to Jailolo, and to Loloda.
2nd day: snorkeling at Loloda and back to Jailolo
3rd day: back to ternate.. and Jakarta
And all of the days were accompanied by rain :P
