only today
i think today is the
first time I can feel calm and relaxed and relieved
the first time since the
start of this year
not having to worry
not feeling anxious
far from depressed
today..
life is being kind to me
i’ve just got back from
a much needed 3-day vacation
mom is doing ok...
gaining weight.. the delusion never stops but she’s much much calmer nowadays
work is also being good
to me today
i can only speak for

coz i know i have a long
and bumpy road ahead of me
don’t know how I’ll
survive another episode that will surely come my way
so today..
i’m feeling grateful..
for being able to feel
calm and relaxed and relieved
although my heart is
still worrying that ‘’calm and relaxed and relieved’’ is too good to be true
for me
not knowing when the
storm will hit me.. and hit me hard..
‘’so don’t get too relaxed’’, my heart says
yet i’m still grateful
