A snorkeling attempt near Pulau Nusa Laut. The underwater view is beautiful, yet the wave failed us that day. The wave successfully made me dizzy.

Afterwards, we went to the island, drink some tea and eat some bread at a local's house.

Then we went back to Saparua, and checked in at Penginapan Perdana. After lunch, we headed to a small cave with crystal clear ‘’pool’’ inside. The location is near Putih Lessi Bungalow at Kulur Village.

Our last stop that day was Taman Wisata Batu Pintu. We had a chit chat with the very knowledgeable owner.

Day 4, 22 Feb 2015

Time to go back to Ambon and meet my favorite driver, Mr Semy. We only have a few hours to spend in Ambon. We have to catch our 2.40pm flight.

First stop: Istana Roti & Es to buy some traditional snacks

Second stop: Rumah Kopi Lela.

Originally, we wanted to try the famous kopi rarobang (ginger coffee with walnut sprinkle) at Rumah Kopi Sibu Sibu. Unfortunately, on Sunday mornings, many shops including Sibu Sibu coffee shop, are closed. This is because they are all at the church. So we went to another famous coffee shop: Rumah Kopi Lela. Ordered coffee with milk, soft-boiled egg, and some traditional snacks. And hey, the Governor of Maluku Province, Mr Said Assagaf, was sitting just beside our table, enjoying his morning coffee. We seize the day and ask him to take a picture with us.

Third stop: Durian at Hatiwe Besar

We’re lucky that it was durian season in Ambon. It was very tasteful indeed.
