a room in this hotel for a 1 night stay during weekend (19 - 20 Dec 2020), expecting a smooth and
relaxing weekend with a perfect 5-star-hotel service. We ended up having a very
bad experience with the room service. But other than that, we had a good stay.

During this COVID-19 pandemic, breakfast is served buffet-style but the guests are not allowed to serve themselves. So basically you just tell the staff which food you want to eat and the staff will serve the food for you.  |
