ipoh, malaysia
rita and adiani
Ipoh (you pronounce it "ipo", without the "h") is a city located north of Kuala Lumpur.
Ipoh's old town is very famous for its murals. If you love to take pictures of murals or to take picture with the murals, you definitely have to visit ipoh.
(for murals/street art in penang, click http://ritaaza.blogspot.com/2016/08/street-art-penang.html )
If you only have one day, spend the day exploring the old town (hunt the murals scattered all over the old town and also try the local food). If you have two days, spend the second day exploring the surrounding area such as perak cave, gunung lang, and kek look tong.

Day 1
Our flight arrived at KLIA 2 at 8am. We continued our journey by bus to KL Sentral, to catch the train to Ipoh.
The bus from KLIA 2 to KL Sentral took approximately one hour (RM 12) and the train from KL Sentral to Ipoh took approximately 3 hours. We use KTM ETS Intercity (ETS Gold: RM 36). You can check the price from this link: https://www.ktmb.com.my/ets-from-kl-to-ipoh.html
