How to get there?

Dari Jakarta ke Denpasar.

Lanjut penerbangan ke Labuan Bajo (Pulau Flores). Ada beberapa airline: IAT, Trigana, Transnusa. Lama perjalanan 1 jam 20 menit.

Dari Labuan Bajo ke Pulau Rinca sekitar 2,5 jam naik kapal.

Di Pulau Rinca puanas buanget.. kalo ga mau belang, mending pake clana panjang, lengan panjang n sepatu : )

There’s a place where you can eat grilled fish. U can also try Ende local coffee here. There’s a hint of ginger in the coffee.

Jalan naik ke Kelimutu udah bagus, ada tangganya, dari tempat parkir sekitar 30 menit.

How to get there?

Rent a car from Bajawa: Rp600.000. 2.5 – 3 hours drive.

There’s also a public bus twice a day. The name of the bus is Gemini.

Boat and guide for island hopping and snorkeling (including lunch) from 8am to 5pm: Rp800.000 (for 8 people). I think this is a bit expensive. U can ask the local people to rent their boat (Rp260.000/boat) but I’m not sure they know the best snorkeling spots.

Life jacket Rp20.000/day. Snorkeling gear Rp50.000/day.

We went to riung on late december, and the weather was sunny at riung. But I cannot say the same about bajawa.

How to get there?

Flight from Kupang to Bajawa by Merpati or Transnusa.

Be careful ‘coz the flights are often canceled due to bad weather especially on Dec, Jan and Feb.

From the airport to the city: 40 minutes. Car to the city: Rp50.000/person.
