it takes around 2 hours from manado to desa serei, likupang barat. and continue by boat to pulau lihaga (aroung 20 minutes);
prices as of nov 2017: car rental for 1 day IDR600.000 include driver and fuel, boat rental to pulau lihaga IDR 800.000, lunch IDR60.000/person, hut rental on the island IDR100.000, entrance fee to pulau lihaga IDR25.000/person (u can get Manado Adventure to arrange all this)
