to get to this waterfall, u have to go through an endless stairway, some of them is very steep. It took approximately 20 minutes to go down to the river. Took us a bit longer to get back to the top :P

it’s a lovely waterfall. I enjoyed the fresh air.

they provide chocolate tour. The tour takes us on a journey of a cocoa pod transforming into chocolate bars. We also get to make our own chocolate. It’s a 1.5 hours tour and it begins with a tasty chocolate welcome drink.

a much needed short trip after a very very emotional January..

day 1

our first stop is Bali Pulina, a luwak coffee plantation located near tegallalang. u can taste 5 different kinds of coffee at Bali Pulina: ginger coffee, ginseng coffee, chocolate coffee, vanilla coffee and pure bali coffee. They also have lemon tea, ginger tea and pure cocoa. They serve these in small cups for tasting purposes. If u like it, u can order a bigger cup. They also have banana fritters to accompany the drinks. I personally like the ginger coffee.

I love this place. A great place to unwind. U can just sit, relax and enjoy the cool breeze and the beautiful view of the rice paddies. U can also take nice pictures from the leaf-shaped platforms.
